Most appointments can be held in the comfort or privacy of your own home using doxy.me. Just make sure you are in the state of Virginia and in a safe and quiet space to focus on your appointment.

If you prefer to meet your provider face to face, in person visits are also available. Our office is located centrally near Mount Trashmore.

Simple Practice is our EMR Software and hosts your patient portal. Please respond to any emails from Simple Practice.
